~ Prize is for one week use of resort home in 2010 (excluding Christmas to New Year’s week and excluding the first 2 weeks of July).  "In" on Sunday, stay all week, and "Out" on Saturday.

 ~ Home is located on Carlin Lake.  It's just one hour from Powder Horn Mountain and Indianhead Mountain.

~ Sleeps 6:  1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each bedroom.

~ Maximum occupancy 6, including children.

~ Bidder/renter must be over 25 years old and will be on the premises during time of occupancy. (i.e. No teenage or college age parties, please).

~ Rental includes a 14' aluminum boat with motor, single person kayak, a pair of adult mountain bikes, charcoal Weber's grill, outdoor campfire ring and picnic table, 14 acres of private hiking, biking and snow shoeing trails.

~ A completely equipped kitchen with dishes for 6 people, coffee pot, electric grill, waffle iron, ceramic top stove, large refrigerator etc.  Round dining room table with seating for six.

~  Rental includes bedding and bath towels. Two bathrooms with hot and cold water with bath tub and shower.

~ No Smoking on Premises.
